These plans relate to my research as I have noticed by analysing posters of the same genre as me, that the posters always consist of having the film title near the bottom of the poster. Most of them also have the actor name near the top of the poster, therefore to follow convention I have included this in my poster drafts. The last poster draft I created is unconventional regarding the posters I have analysed. However as it is landscape it will have different aspects and a different layout. I also thought this would be a good way to merge 2 images to include more characters on the poster. This is conventional as the posters I have looked at include other characters around the protagonist. I have also ensured the credits are put at the bottom of the poster as I have noticed this is conventional. I have chosen to include a picture of my protagonist doing gymnastics as the posters I have analysed all consist of mies-en-scene showing the theme of the film and characteristics of the protagonist. Therefore I thought to follow convention and create synergy between the poster and trailer, I would include the protagonist doing gymnastics with the gym in the background. This shows the environment she is in and therefore portrays a lot about the film and creates synergy between the products.
